Really good.

What seemed like a very basic flash at first ended up being really cool. I was fooled by a lazy-looking first couple of seconds that the whole flash would be stale, but the music blending with the creepy smiles on the boxheads (as well as the awesome, nightmarish faces during the escape) just worked well. The only thing that seemed to get to me was adding the tiled picture of an office in the background. I feel you could've come up with something that would have worked just as well as everything else. Also, some cleaner lines would be nice. It looks like you got lazy with some of the scenes. (Note: I did read the author comments and realize that she probably was being lazy about it seeing as how this was the product of being lazy with other work.)

All in all, I really enjoyed this short piece, and if this is what your work looks like while in a state of insomnia and procrastinating, I can't wait to see the other important animations.

Great video but...

As far as I'm concerned, the video is just well done. The story, the art, and the animation are all improvements from the previous two. Still, there's one thing that gets to me. Satan just didn't really seem like the Satan from the other two videos. The character that used to use switch between something light-hearted and goofy to something satanic and back made for great comedy just because of the juxtaposition. Now, it's just Satan yelling at or mocking Leo when he's annoyed. Just that little makes it seem like this video has lost an element the previous two have.

Aside from that, the video is great. Keep up the great work. Can't wait to see what's next.

All around good video.

Good stuff. Definite improvement on the art and animation. You also did well in the change of mood. The first was much more serious and this one was much more silly. Still, it fit the video well. The story telling was just sweet. No dialogue, little backstory, just a song; and it worked marvelously. I gotta say, there really isn't too much to negatively criticize here. Maybe some personal dislikes between viewers, but that's about it. This video is just put together really well.

I will say this though. I really like how the mask's mouth fit with the eyes. It made for some great expressions.

Keep up the great work.

Success

The animation is progressing nicely while still being true to the style you have developed. Still as funny as always. Although the formula is roughly the same and I would have liked to see less referential material on the older videos, or at least shown a new element to them.

Lovely

This video attains exactly what it accomplishes, and does it in an artistic and aesthetically pleasing way. That is why I feel it actually deserves a ten.
I love the music, the style of artwork, the mood set, and the characters. I actually identify with the boy throwing a baseball by himself. I never lived in a neighborhood, so as a child, I played Monopoly with/against myself. Sometimes I feel like I withdraw and seclude myself from others, and while I wouldn't say that this video captures my own emotions while in solitude, it does a good job of what, I imagine, many people feel whilst alone.

Wow

I love the tone of these videos. They give off such a sense of solemnness and seriousness. I believe that the reason this video is so good is it tells a good story and has great storytelling qualities. Good animation and tying it in with a previous story are good qualities, but I think everyone will agree that we are all interested in and engaged the character of Jackie. That's very hard to do, but you pull it off well. In such a short time, you show us a drug-addicted girl that's kicked out onto the streets and we want to know what's going to happen to her until we she that she has some sort of relationship with Jerry that, we hope, is more than what we see in the first encounter.
The only thing that bothered me was the ending. We really don't get any closure with Jackie. She may fade into memory, or there may be another video about her. Does the character live on, or is there nothing more to tell?
Regardless, this is a great video and great work. I congratulate you on a job well done, and hope your future work is just as good.

Nice

This is the first video I've seen by you, but I like the style of your artwork. The animation is good and smooth, and I like how it was different for the dream sequence. Like many others have said, and I agree, the voice acting was great. The material itself was funny and with a good delivery. I kind of hope I can feel more engaged with the characters in your future videos, instead of waiting for the next joke to befall Jason. Still, well done. You've proved yourself to be a quality flash artist in my eyes.

What a world you take us to, Krinkles.

I find this to be a great continuation of the series, and the way it is done is superb. The style is kept to what we love about the Madness series, and it is high quality kept high. I love how the presentation comes together with smooth animation and quality music that sets an appropriate mood for the video. My favorite part of the series subtle way the story is told through the fights. It tells us enough to have an idea of what's going on, but still keeps a quality of mystery, and I'm glad to see it continue. Finally, we are given something to look forward to at the end. Great job, Krinkles. I look forward to what's next for the world of Madness.

Holy crap, man...

I'm not sure why I thought it was as funny a it was. Some mixture of the overexaggerated facial expressions, the cut-away to the random businessman, the quick change of tone in the video from the cake, and the sheer randomness of the gags has absolutely entertaining to me.
I think what really did it was that your delivery was very well done. Each gag was so well timed and paced between each other to keep me laughing, but still have time to watch for the next in its own context.
I will say the animation could have been better, but as long as you stick to your own style it's okay. I'd rather watch a good video with cartoonish drawings than a super-realistic video of a well drawn walking sequence. In all seriousness, I think the cartoonish drawings fit with the nature of the video well.
All in all, keep up the good work.

thanks man!

Something amiss...

The animation was done well in all aspects, however, it didn't really make me laugh. I really do like the idea, but maybe there's a better way to deliver the material. Of course, looking at some other reviews, it seems just fine, and may just be me.

Willing to give most projects a try. Reach out and ask for an audition and you will most likely get one. I'll only charge if the project makes money.
